खीर बनाना सीखे

Kheer ek mithai hai jo dudh, chawal aur cheeni ke saath banti hai. Yahan main aapko ek simple aur swadisht kheer banane ki recipe bataungi.

Ingredients:

  • Dudh - 1 liter
  • Chawal - 1/4 cup
  • Cheeni - 1/2 cup
  • Kaju - 10-12
  • Kishmish - 10-12
  • Elaichi powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Sabse pehle chawal ko dho kar 2-3 ghante ke liye paani mein bhigo dein.
  2. Ek kadhai mein dudh ko garam karein aur ubaal aane par gas dheemi kar dein.
  3. Ab bhigoye hue chawal ko chawal ke pani ke saath blend kar lein, aisa karne se chawal achhe se grind ho jaate hain.
  4. Ab chawal ka paste dudh mein daal dein aur acche se milayein. Gas ko dheemi kar dein aur chawal ko ubaal aane tak pakayein.
  5. Chawal ubal aane ke baad cheeni, elaichi powder, kaju aur kishmish daal kar acche se milayein.
  6. Kheer ko aur 10-15 minute tak pakayein aur tab tak hilate rahein, jisse ki kheer jamane lage aur chipchipa hone lage.
  7. Jab kheer achhe se thick ho jaaye aur aapki pasand ke consistency mein aa jaaye, tab gas band kar dein.
  8. Kheer ko thanda hone ke liye 1-2 ghante ke liye refrigerator mein rakh dein.
  9. Kheer ko thanda hone ke baad serving bowl mein nikalein aur upar se kaju aur kishmish se sajayein.
  10. Ab aapki swadisht kheer taiyaar hai, ise apne priyajano ke saath enjoy karein.

Is tarah se aap ek tasty aur creamy kheer bana sakte hain. Aap ismein apne pasand ke dry fruits aur flavors bhi add kar sakte hain.
